Oprostite ako u narednih par nedelja postanem pastelni zagovornik, ali jednostavno April je mesec koji čekam svake godine upravo zbog ovih tonova. A kako je i bela boja počela da me intrigira vrlo verovatno da ću se u narednom periodu posvetiti upravo mešavinama svega navedenog. Jedino što će se smenjivati biće printovi i teksture u kojima ću uživati, obzirom da je cvetni print i dalje ultimativni vladalac Prolećnih trendova, dok ga u stopu prate ,,rupičasti,,  i reljefni motivi kao i čipkani detalji. Sve to propraćeno Boho detaljima naravno, koji vas polako pripremaju za letnju sezonu muzičkih festivala. Do tada, ostaću pri gradskim dešavanjima, vidimo se u Muzeju!

I want to apologize on time if in a next few weeks I start overloading you with pastel shades, but April is a month dedicated for such things. And somehow the white color started intriguing me recently, so it is very obvious that I will spend some time mixing those. The Only thing that will change will be the prints and textures in which I’m going to enjoy, because the flower print is still the ultimate Ruler of the Spring trends, so as the cut out pieces and lace details. All that combined with Boho details of course, will prepare you slowly for the upcoming Summer season of the Music festivals. Till then, I will stick to the city happenings, such us Museum.

  • Kao sto mozete primetiti, ovih dana me je uhvatilo ludilo zvano "Cookies". Rerna greje kucu, keksici se grickaju, cimet I klincic su u vazduhu, samo jos sneg fali napolju da zaokruzi zimsku idilu.
Speculaas keksici
U manjoj posudi pomesajte 250g brasna, 1 kasicicu praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli, narendanu koru jedne narandze I sledece zacine: 1,5 kasicicu cimeta, 1/2 kasicice mlevenog djumbira, 1/4 kasicice mlevenog muskatnog orascica, 1/4 mlevenog kardamoma, 1/4 kasicice mlevenog korijandera, dva prstohvata mlevenog klincica I prstohvat belog bibera. 
U vecoj posudi umutite mikserom 120g putera sa 100g smedjeg secera, pa kada se lepo sjedine dodajte 1 jaje. Kada se masa lepo sjedinila krenite sa dodavanjem suvih sastojaka. Ostavite masu u frizideru na sat vremena. Pravite od testa kuglice rukama, pa ih poredjajte na papir za pecenje u plehu. Zatim ih casom, sa lepim uzorkom na dnu, pritisnite kako bi se uzorak oslikao I samim tim istanjio keksic. Mozete koristiti I pecate za keksice, ja sam nakon case koristila i slican pecat kako bi sara bila jaca. Pecite desetak minuta, dok ne primetite da menja boju na dnu. .

  • Nemam bas najbolji rukopis, zapravo, imam grozan rukopis I ovo je jedan od onih momenata kada mi je zao sto nije onako kaligrafski savrsen. U svakom slucaju, nadam se da sam uspela da vam prenesem malo duha iz "Zemlje cuda".

Keksici sa puterom od kikirikija
Masa za 14kom
Sjediniti suve sastojke u manjoj posudi: 150g brasna, na vrh noza sode bikarbone, pola kasicice praska za pecivo I prstohvat soli.
U vecoj posudi umutiti mikserom 50g maslaca pa dodati 60g smedjeg I 60g belog secera dok ne dobijete lepu smesu. Zatim u nju dodati 3 kasike putera od kikirikija i 30ml mleka. Umutiti pa dodati suve sastojke I ponovo umutiti, pa dodati jednu kasiku sitno seckane cokolade. Ostavila sam testo na 10min u frizider, da bi ga kasnije lakse oblikovala. Pravila sam kuglice rukama I redjala u pleh na nekom sirem rastojanju. Malo sam utisnula loptice casom I pekla nekih 15min, dok nisam primetila da menjaju boju dole. .

  • Old school Vanilice sa dzemom od kajsija. 
Koristila sam najklasicniji recept, samo sam ga malo vizuelno osavremenila. 
Iako neke izgledaju malo strasno, razumite ih, znaju sta im se sprema😂
Mamin recept za vanilice
Umesiti 500g brasna, 1 prasak za pecivo, 250g svinjske masti, 4 kasike secera, 1 jaje I 1 zumanjak, sok od jednog limuna I narendanu koru limuna. Dodavati kiselu pavlaku kako biste postigli zgodnu gustinu za razvijanje. Ne mesiti suvise testo, kako se mast ne bi ugrejala. Razviti oklagijom, vaditi zeljene oblike, peci do 10 minuta u zagrejanoj rerni. Mazati dzemom od kajsija I uvaljati u vanil secer I secer u prahu.

  • December Frittata for two persons.
Chop one onion, one small carrot and one medium sized red hot pepper. Cook until soft, then add 5 big mushrooms, sliced and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Salt to taste. Crack 6 eggs and beat with 2 huge tablespoons of sour cream. Add 50g of grated cheese and salt to taste. I also added black pepper and thyme. Toss the eggs in vegetable mix and place in oven for 20 minutes. You'll notice when the middle part is cooked, that's your Q. Sprinkle with chives and cheese.

Decembarska fritata za dve osobe.
Iseckajte jedan crni luk na kockice, jednu manju sargarepu I srednju ljutu crvenu papriku. Proprzite na ulju dok ne omeksa, pa dodajte 5 iseckanih pecurki I 2 cena belog luka. Posolite po ukusu. Zatim umutite 6 jaja, sa 2 velike kasike kisele pavlake I 50g rendanog kackavalja. Posolite po ukusu, pobiberite I dodajte majcinu dusicu po zelji. Spojite povrce I jaja I prespite u posudu u kojoj cete peci, koju ste prethodno nauljili. Pecite nekih 20 minuta, dok ne primetite da se sredina ispekla I da je stabilna. Pospite sa mladim lukom ili vlascem I kackavaljem.

Ja sam se toliko napatila sa ovom tortom🙈 Sinoc sam je pravila, jutros filovala I do skoro slikala. Ulozila sam u ovu tortu 6h svog zivota I najboljih sastojaka. Ocekivala sam vise😅 Sve mi je poslo po zlu, od kore do fila😂 kora je preukusna, fil bas i ne I tako. Kako ste vi? .

Ja sam ga naravno malo izmenila I prilagodila svom ukusu. Sigurna sam da ako potrazite, mozete naci I autenticni recept.
.
Napravite prvo testo, tako sto cete umesiti 150g belog brasna i 50g integralnog, prstohvat chia semenki, 30g putera iseckanog na kockice, pola kasike soli I dodajte hladne vode dok ne dobijete testo pogodno za razvijanje. Ostavite ga u frizideru da se hladi na pola sata, oblikovan u lopticu.
Iseckajte 5 glavica luka srednje velicine, 1 vecu crvenu papriku na sto sitnije. Po zelji, mozete iseckati malo parce slanine I proprziti je dok ne promeni boju, zatim dodati iseckani luk I papriku I prziti na tihoj vatri uz povremeno mesanje nekih pola sata, dok se luk ne karamelizuje. Kada luk I paprika konacno omeksaju, dakle pri kraju przenja, dodajte 6 malih sampinjona iseckanih na tanke listice I proprzite dok ne smeksaju, pa na kraju dodajte 3 cena belog luka I proprzite do 30 sekundi sa ostatkom. Fil sklonite sa strane I razvijte testo na masnom papiru za pecenje. Ubacite ga u kalup za pecenje (precnika 18cm). Napravite tecni fil koji ce vezati sve, umutite 3 jaja, 300ml kisele pavlake, malo narendanog cheddar sira, malo jogurta (20dl), kasiku soli, pola kasike slatke paprike, pola kasicice kumina, pola kasicice belog bibera, prstohvat belog luka u prahu, pola kasicice majcine dusice, kasiku soja sosa I kasicicu tucane ljute paprike. Pomesajte tecni fil sa povrcem , pa prespite fil u kalup sa testom. Pecite dok se gore ne uhvati korica braonkaste boje, oko pola sata. Pospite mladim lukom.
