Let’s Go Picnic

It’s very obvious that the bag was the main inspiration for this post, even a motivator in some way.

Destination was very clear choice, Palic lake and it’s nature. Lazy Friday afternoon,  2 pm, everything calm and no crowd.

We started from one point in the gardens of the residential area and it just led us to the next, we had to catch the water sights too. It was so Sunny and wonderful for this particular picnic story.

Accept I had this picnic bag in mind, I knew that I wanted to combine it with something white and light so my decision went automatically on the light baby doll lace dress and on the old cardigan from my grandmother, which my mom inherited and then I stole it from her evidently. I only added a little bow from lace on it and made a perfect cardigan for every occasion, with just a simple bow. Sunglasses were more of a necessity then a fashion detail, because the Sun was so shiny that I was wrinkled all the time. Sneakers were featured in Inspiration post as one of my favorite catch from the Thrift Shop, so it was just the matter of time when will they be in a Lookbook post, so here they are, I hope you like them as I do.

So if you don’t know what to do this weekend, remember, Picnic is always a good idea, as Paris too.

Veoma je očigledno da je torba bila glavna inspiracija za ovaj post, čak i motivator u nekim momentima.

Destinacija je takođe bila veoma jasna, Palićko jezero i njegova okolina.

Počeli smo od jedne tačke na putićima između vikendica i to nas je prosto odvelo do sledeće, morali smo da uhvatimo i prizore na vodi takođe. Bilo je toliko sunčano i predivno, savršeno baš za ovu piknik temu.

Osim što sam imala ovu piknik torbu na umu, znala sam da želim da je kombinujem sa nečim belim i laganim tako da je moja odluka automatski pala na laganu bebi dol čipkanu haljinu i na stari kardigan moje bake koji je moja mama dobila od nje i koji sam ja na kraju otela. Dodala sam samo na njega malu mašnu od čipkane trake i napravila savšen kardigan za svaku priliku. Naočare su više bile potreba nego modni detalj zato što je Sunce bilo toliko jako da sam sve vreme bez njih bila namrštena. O patikama sam već pisala ranije u Inspiracija odeljku kao jednom od mojih omiljenih ulova u Second hand-u i bilo je samo pitanje vremena kada će se pojaviti i u ovom Lookbook odeljku, pa eto ih konačno, nadam se da vam se dopadaju koliko i meni.

Izdinstajte jedan luk I jednu vecu crvenu slatku papriku na dve kasike maslinovog ulja, pa posolite po ukusu. Dinstajte dok luk ne omeksa, pa dodajte iseckana 3 cena belog luka, pola kasike mlevene paprike, ljute tucane paprike po ukusu I pola kasicice kumina. Dinstajte par minuta, pa sipajte kuvanog paradajza, dok ne prekrijete dno I zalijete sve sastojke, da mogu lepo da se krckaju. Smanjite vatru I ostavite da provri uz povremeno mesanje. Posolite I pobiberite po ukusu, pa dodajte jaja. Stavite tiganj u rernu I pecite do 14minuta, peceno je kada primetite da se belanjak ispekao po ivicama. Dodajte feta sir, ljutu papriku I persun. Ja ga nisam imala, pa sam stavila bosiljak, da ne bude nesporazuma 🙈 A hleb je mesio Nemanja, tako da je to njegov recept.

Dok se ne pojedu tiramisu I kesten torta, tu su proslogodisnje slike. Tezak je zivot food blogera 😂 ali bitna je organizacija I dobra volja 💪
  • Monblan tortica od kesten pirea.
Recept sam probala sa @ricardocuisine sajta sa min izmenama.
Prilicno je pipava I vremenski zahtevna, ali je zaista jednostavna.
Prvo krenite sa pripremom beze kore od jednog belanceta. Upalite rernu da se greje, pa krenite sa mucenjem jednog belanceta mikserom. Mutite do 10 minuta pa kada primetite da se belance zgusnulo krenite sa dodavanjem kristal secera, kasiku po kasiku, dok se prethodna ne umuti, dok ne dodate 50g secera. Nakon toga, ubacite pola kasike sirceta pa mutite dok ne dobijete cvrsti sam koji sija I ne pomera se iz posude, kada je okrenete naopacke. Taj sam spatulom prebacite u pleh za pecenje I napravite krug precnika 16cm ( ja stavim kalup za tortu, samo onaj okrugli prsten I u njega sipam sam I oblikujem po tom krugu, pa ga nezno izvucem). Pecite na niskoj temperaturi par sati. Kako je tanka kora, meni je bila gotova posle sat vremena, ali je promenila boju vec, tako da pazite I kontrolisite temperaturu.
Dok se kora susi, pripremite fil od slatke pavlake, umutite oko 300ml I dodajte 50g secera u prahu I kasicicu vanila ekstrakta. Kada je pavlaka cvrsta, oblozite ovalnu posudu plasticnom folijom I u nju sipajte pavlaku pa stavite u zamrzivac da se stegne.
Pripremite potom kesten pire, tako sto cete narendati jedno pakovanje kesten pirea, sipati pola kasicice ruma I vanila ekstrakta i 40g secera u prahu, pa mikserom umutite sve sastojke. Dodajte potom vode, dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smesu, kojom cete moci da napunite spric za tortu. Kada je kora gotova na nju postavite slatku pavlaku, pa je isarajte kestenom. Pospite secerom u prahu I dekorisite ruzmarinom po zelji.

Uz malo truda I strpljenja, uspeh je zagarantovan. Iskoristite sve raspolozive resurse I napravite magiju od njih. Ja se licno bolje snalazim kada mi nesto fali, nego kada imam sve. To me podstice da razmisljam I promisljam a samim tim I da bolje opazam. Gledala sam "Ad Astra" I veoma sam filozofski raspolozena, ne zamerite. .

Kada vam univerzum posalje Tiramisu, uzmite ga.
Porucila sam ovu zvezdanu mapu kao rani Bozicni poklon za moju sestru. Zaista se nadam da ce joj se svideti 🙈 Jako mi se svidjaju njihove nove zvezdane mape, zaista su poseban poklon za vase najmilije. Trenutno imaju na sajtu porodicnu akciju, gde na trecu mapu dobijate 25% popusta, gde su troskovi slanja naravno besplatni.

Tiramisu inace pravim po uputstvu sa maskarpone pakovanja😂 samo dodam rum u kafu I to je to.

  • Osim sto nemam lep rukopis, ne umem bas lepo ni da crtam, zato ne bih ni ulazila u kostac sa ukrasavanjem medenjaka. Za sve vas koji imate isti problem, predlazem jedan usoljeni badem, koji ce vas medenjak drzati u rukama I gotovo✌💃
Recept koji cu vam ovde ostaviti sam pronasla u jednoj Fb grupi I u pitanju je stari francuski recept.

Francuski medenjaci

Otopiti 30g putera u serpi, pa u njega dodavati postepeno I 250g secera I 60g meda. Mesati I topiti dok ne dobijete homogenu belicastu smesu (secer nece biti otopljen, prosto ce se sa medom i puterom nekako povezati i bice srednje tecan), pa je ostavite da se prohladi par sati. Potom u nju dodati  1 jaje I sledece zacine: pola kasike cimeta, pola kasike anisa, pola kasike karanfilica, pola kasike muskatnog orascica, pola kasike kakao praha, rendanu koru manje narandze i pola kasike rakije po izboru. Ovoj smesi dodavati brasno I pola kasicice sode bikarbone, dok ne dobijete testo koje se ne lepi za ruke. Ja sam po nekoj mojoj proceni dodala oko 500g brasna (mozda I vise). Ovu smesu ostavite par sati u frizideru ili preko noci. Razviti testo oklagijom, vaditi modlama zeljene oblike I peci dok ne promene boju.
Ovo je smesa za 30kom.
