  • Ok, so this is a popsicle recipe, but since I don't have a molds for it, I served it in a container. Since it's a popsicle, bare in mind it won't be as creamy as ice cream, it will be more glassy, if you know what I mean, but oh my, the taste. Mango and peach popsicle with pistachios. 1 mango 3 peaches 500ml yogurt 100ml whipping cream 100g brown sugar 1 tablespoon ginger 2 tablespoons of sugar 50g pistachios. Peel mango and peaches, chop it into small cubes and put it into a small pan. Cook it with 1 tablespoon of ginger, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 75ml of water until it softens. Mash the fruits and separate the juices, leave few drops for decoration. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, minus pistachios, the fruit juice and whisk it. Place the cream in a mold and drip a couple of remaining juice leftover and mix it gently with a knife for decoration.   • Pretzels 360ml warm water 1 packet active dry yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 500g all purpose flour 120g baking soda 2l water Whisk the yeast into warm water. Allow to sit for couple of minutes. Whisk in salt, Brown sugar and melted butter. Add flour and mix it with a spoon until dough is thick. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead the dough for couple of minutes and shape into a ball. Meanwhile, get the water and baking soda boiling in a large pot. Cut dough into 6 pieces and roll the pieces into little ropes. Take the ends and form the pretzel shape, pressing them down into pretzel. Drop one by one pretzels into baking soda water and keep it there for 20 seconds. Place pretzel onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle each with salt.
