What to wear for the trip to Budapest?

Hmm, I dont think weather will be kind to me this Saturday, but what can you do. Preparing for the new city adventure, where you need something comfy, warm and stylish is a quite challenging thing to do. But, here with such talented Polyvore members, you dont need to suffer, answer is ready to wear, so here we come Budapest…

This set makes me smile with no reason, I think that pinch of yellow is doing that effect. No matter how cold the day is, wear yellow and youll feel much more happier, its scientific proofed, well, maybe it isnt but it should be. Moni thank u for the lightness in this fogy day, so let see what she added accept the mentioned one. Moni used cool Stella McCartney white sweater, D&G cropped skinny light blue jeans, Zara affordable grey wedge ankle boots ($50), Paul Smith grey blazer with flower details and Birkin, absolutely fabulous, bag in yellow. Thats it, nothing big, nothing complicated, colors are doing the job splendid and you can find all the similar pieces in shops. Well done Moni!!

Hmmm, those Uggs boots cant leave me alone. Personally, I dont like them. I dont like them, because everyone wears them, but I have to admit, they look cool, especially in this combination. So, I like to see them, but I dont recommend them, weird, dont listen to me, anyway, Snowgirl1 used them perfectly so thats where Im going to start. She combined cream Romwe boots, Peter Jensen V neck grey cardigan, black asymmetrical jacket, Acne angora beige sweater, black denim shorts, Sonia Rykiel  black scarf, black gloves and Burberry FW 2010 white sporty bag. Virna added Burberry Prorsum tweed trench coat in brown with little orange details, Rag and Bone brown fedora, Gucci red print dress with belt, to die for Dior FW 2011 boots and again Birkin bag, but this time in vintage brown kinda pumpkin color. My view of a Budapest voyage looks like this, lady gold, brown and black kind. I used metallic Michael Kors  tweed jacket, Alexandre Birman python flats in black, Miss Selfridge gold bangles, Monsoon chocolate floppy hat ($50), Miu Miu black dress with brown flower print and Delvaux brown FW 2011 bag with gold details.
Next time, special wish from my friend, Heart ball.

  • Ono kada pronadjes gomilu neobjavljenih slika sa starog slikanja I izvuces se. Pravila sam danas medenjake tacno po  receptu I razocarala se, neke mere nisu bile tacne I efekat je bio razocaravajuci. Ne znam da li je do kolicine jaja ili do sode bikarbone, ali testo se dupliralo I propala mi ideja 🙈 Ali, poucena iskustvom prve ture, drugu sam uspela da izvucem, praveci duplo veci razmak, pa imam materijal za sutrasnje slikanje, ako prezive naravno do sutra, posto su vruca roba😂

Panna cotta sa mlekom od kornfleksa iz Momofuku restorana, NY .
Pospite 75g corn flakes-a na pleh I zapecite u rerni na manjoj temperaturi dok ne promeni boju. Zatim rashladite skroz. Prespite taj corn flakes u vecu posudu I u nju sipajte 500ml mleka I 200ml slatke pavlake, pomesajte sve dobro I ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se upija nekih pola sata. Potom procedite to mleko, dodajte mu 60g smedjeg secera , pola kasicice morske soli i ostavite u frizideru da se hladi. Mali deo mleka zagrejte u maloj serpici na tihoj vatri , pa u njega dodajte pola kesice zelatina koji ste prethodno rastvorili u hladnoj vodi. Kada se zelatin skroz rastvori prespite zelatin/mleko u ostatak mleka, lagano promesajte i sipajte u case, modle ili kalup po zelji pa ostavite da se stegne preko noci. .

  • Ne volim kelj, ali protiv prokelja nemam nista protiv. Spremala sam ga par puta i uvek na isti nacin I prema tome ne nameravam nista da menjam. .
Kuskus sa prokeljom u besamel sosu sa belim lukom .
Prokelj obariti na pari, potrebno je  nekih 15min, ali ako zelite da ide brze, isecite ga na pola. U serpu sipati vodu i prokelj bariti u zici iznad vode. 
Za kuskus je potrebno pripremiti kljucalu vodu u koju mozete sipati par kasika maslinovog ulja, so I limunov sok, pa u tu vodu sipajte kus kus I ostavite poklopljeno sa strane. Bitno je da vode bude bar 1cm ili dva iznad kuskusa.
Za besamel sos, otopite 50g  putera u serpi pa dodajte dve kasike brasna, promesajte par sekundi dok se ne sjedine sastojci I krenite sa sipanjem mleka. Mleko dodajte konstantno mesajuci, da ne dobijete grudvice, dok ne dobijete zeljenu gustinu. Dodajte vegetu, majcinu dusicu po ukusu I pola kasike belog luka u granulama zbog jace arome.

  • Dok su keksici aktuelni, ostavicu vam ovde I moje licne favorite. Odmah posle njih bi isao Speculaas, pa Vanilice, ali hej, svi smo razliciti. Probajte ih sve, pa mi javite vasu licnu rang listu.

Kolacici sa bademom I tahinijem

U posudi srednje velicine pomesajte 150g brasna, pola kasicice soli I pola kasicice praska za pecivo pa ostavite po strani. U vecoj posudi, umutite mikserom 125g putera I 100g secera. Potom dodajte suve sastojke, 1 kasicicu vanila ekstrakta I 100g tahinija pa dobro sjedinite sve sastojke. Uzimajte kasikom po jednu do jednu I po kasiku testa I redjajte u pleh, na sto sirem rastojanju, jer ce se testo duplirati u sirini u toku pecenja. Utapkajte na vrh badem u listicima , pa ga blago utisnite u testo I pecite oko 15 minuta, dok me primetite da menja boju.

  • Kao sto mozete primetiti, ovih dana me je uhvatilo ludilo zvano "Cookies". Rerna greje kucu, keksici se grickaju, cimet I klincic su u vazduhu, samo jos sneg fali napolju da zaokruzi zimsku idilu.
Speculaas keksici
U manjoj posudi pomesajte 250g brasna, 1 kasicicu praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli, narendanu koru jedne narandze I sledece zacine: 1,5 kasicicu cimeta, 1/2 kasicice mlevenog djumbira, 1/4 kasicice mlevenog muskatnog orascica, 1/4 mlevenog kardamoma, 1/4 kasicice mlevenog korijandera, dva prstohvata mlevenog klincica I prstohvat belog bibera. 
U vecoj posudi umutite mikserom 120g putera sa 100g smedjeg secera, pa kada se lepo sjedine dodajte 1 jaje. Kada se masa lepo sjedinila krenite sa dodavanjem suvih sastojaka. Ostavite masu u frizideru na sat vremena. Pravite od testa kuglice rukama, pa ih poredjajte na papir za pecenje u plehu. Zatim ih casom, sa lepim uzorkom na dnu, pritisnite kako bi se uzorak oslikao I samim tim istanjio keksic. Mozete koristiti I pecate za keksice, ja sam nakon case koristila i slican pecat kako bi sara bila jaca. Pecite desetak minuta, dok ne primetite da menja boju na dnu. .

  • Nemam bas najbolji rukopis, zapravo, imam grozan rukopis I ovo je jedan od onih momenata kada mi je zao sto nije onako kaligrafski savrsen. U svakom slucaju, nadam se da sam uspela da vam prenesem malo duha iz "Zemlje cuda".

Keksici sa puterom od kikirikija
Masa za 14kom
Sjediniti suve sastojke u manjoj posudi: 150g brasna, na vrh noza sode bikarbone, pola kasicice praska za pecivo I prstohvat soli.
U vecoj posudi umutiti mikserom 50g maslaca pa dodati 60g smedjeg I 60g belog secera dok ne dobijete lepu smesu. Zatim u nju dodati 3 kasike putera od kikirikija i 30ml mleka. Umutiti pa dodati suve sastojke I ponovo umutiti, pa dodati jednu kasiku sitno seckane cokolade. Ostavila sam testo na 10min u frizider, da bi ga kasnije lakse oblikovala. Pravila sam kuglice rukama I redjala u pleh na nekom sirem rastojanju. Malo sam utisnula loptice casom I pekla nekih 15min, dok nisam primetila da menjaju boju dole. .
